I would definitely not recommend shopping at this store. My recent online order for a Jellycat keychain arrived poorly packaged, lacking even a basic plastic bag. And the keychain itself had visible stains..unable to remove even after washing and wiping for several time🫠🫠🫠…

Had a wonderful experience at Mothercare. All the staff were very helpful. We were clueless at first with what to buy and asked a staff Aneesa who was awesome and was there the whole time with us till the end. We were able to complete almost all our shopping list with her. Highly recommended
