The concept is inspired by Japan's speciality shops serving hot pot, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. Diners enjoy free-flow, freshly sliced premium Australian chilled beef and farmed chicken, with paper-thin sliced beef for sukiyaki enthusiasts. Five popular soup bases are available, complemented by a healthy vegetable bar stocked with fresh greens and quality eggs. Specially crafted dipping sauces are provided, or diners can create their own combinations. The restaurant is designed for medium-sized groups, suitable for families and friends. Since its flagship opened in 2011, Suki-Ya has expanded to 17 locations across Malaysia.
