First time go to pay penalty because want terminate my contract and they advice to me downgrade. I agree to downgrade and just wait to receive sms for downgrade but two weeks dont have any sms from celcom. Call customer service they said i havent agree to downgrade. What the hell. I fed up with celcom and MNP to digi but digi said ic number at celcom not same. Second time i went to this branch for change my ic number but until now still havent receive any sms. Very dissapointed 😔😔😔
