I was in the Cotton On branch at Mid Valley Megamall at 2:30 pm this afternoon. My daughter wanted to try on a pair of jeans. We waited in the queue for the fitting rooms. When it was her turn, we were told by the young Chinese woman ā€¦

The saleswoman in the fitting room area is rude and unwelcoming. She looks mad and annoy and unrespectful. If you dont like your job then quit. People fit clothes to make sure they buy the correct sizes of the item so make sure your ā€¦

Review to the staff with giant size, wearing skirt, but has a male voice. was wearing headphones while looking at clothes, and when I pulled on the cabinet to check the panties, he started talking with his colleague about me loudly in Malay. Did they think no one could hear? Or that I wouldnā€™t understand?

There's a screen at the cashier which says "changed your mind, no problem. No questions asked.". I have brought a leather belt which I bought here a few months ago but did not even wear it once and the tag is still there. ā€¦
