Most of the shelves are empty.. rude staff..repeat.. rude and not helpful! cashier not friendly at all.. we are paying but seems like we are owing them!

Make no mistake this place is always got long queue but it’s not because of good business it’s just most stuff at counters are lack of common senses.

I was asking for Touch n Go card reload in Guardian Paragon Penang, the senior indian lady in guardian really impolite and talk loud to me as she said system down or she really ignore me, the way she talking to her subordinate seems also with high key voice, really bad experience to me.
