They don’t entertain their customers. Had good walk around the shop for 5-10minutes to buy the iron but no one came to ask anything. Decided to leave the shop. No other customers also at the shop.

Had a pleasant experience at Harvey Norman, 1 Mont Kiara. Their staff, Hazimin, was very hands on and helpful when I faced issues with my Surface Pro 11. He was very attentive and assuring in finding solutions to my issues over whatsapp (even after working hours!) and in person. Good customer service and after-sales service support.
