Thank you for the lady that assisted me just now, she is very patient in attending customers at the bank. Hopefully her mental strength is not affected and hope she can continue her good work! Im sorry i didnt get your name :). She is a small lady wearing scarf asking customers what is their concern.

Waited for 20 minutes but have not been called! The are still 4 people in front of me. Always have to wait more than an hour just to get attended.

How on earth can such a large company be so poorly run. Over an hour wait every time you go in regardless of what you need to do. Why don't they have a counter service? Why don't they have people working there …

My HSBC agent from another state assisted me in making an appointment with this branch to open an account. Walked in, and everyone seemed blurry and not so friendly, except for an Indian lady who knew what she was doing and assisted me in opening the account.

Reading all the comments and the rating 1.7 I do not think this branch cares at all. Worse the whole Board doesn’t care otherwise they would do something about “management” there. Not just this branch but all branches in KL have horrible …
