Very poor service!! I asked the staff if there was a demo unit available, but instead of helping, they mocked me in a sarcastic way. I mentioned that I had seen a cheaper price online, although that shop was farther away, and I originally wanted to buy from them because it was more convenient. When I asked about the price and found it was slightly more expensive, the male staff member laughed at me and said, “Then you can just go and buy it there!” Based on their reply, it’s clear they believe the problem lies with the customer, not their service. If this is the boss’s mindset, the staff’s attitude is easy to imagine. If you’re comfortable entering a shop where you can’t ask questions, get mocked, and still pay for it, then go ahead and support them — maybe even buy more.
