This was my first time trying this place because I wanted to find something to help reduce my cough, which has been slow to recover. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly and came across as quite rude and unfriendly.

The taste is pretty good. The herbal jelly seems quite authentic; it's made with Chinese herbs and feels very nourishing. I forgot to take a video.

I was been purchase in your newly outlet in tropicana garden mall on 10/10/2022 with a bad experience that compare with others outlet, the aged lady staff is bad service attitude with never answer customer walk in at all, customer is order any from her with totally no reply at all, seems like customer owe her alot, really rude.
