Fantastic service, well decorated but long lines during weekends. Had problems with my mum's bag with peeling skin. Had it replaced easily as they had our records from Italy. The fact that they could search records internationally really impressed me. 5 stars, amazing service. Highly recommend. You get more that what you pay for.

When I arrived, there was no one available to assist me, and despite being told that assigned staff would help, I waited for a long time without any service. It felt like a waste of time to come here. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
