TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went to here for the battery replacement service. First appointment was fine, diagnosed my phone and made payment. I was told that should have received updates with 4 - 7 biz days. Now here comes the issues, no updates at all and i have to email back and follow up myself. Then only got responded that the battery has arrived at the store and they had to arrange the appointments accordingly due to the long list of customers still pending to get the replacement done. After that the 2nd appointment was confirmed which is 2-3 weeks later. I have further confirmed that i do not need to leave my phone overnight for this battery replacement service in this appointment. HERE IS THE BIG ISSUE! I visited the store according to the appointment. THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT GET THE SERVICE DONE ON THE SAME DAY ON THE SPOT! They have technical issue with the apple diagnosis. WHY DO WE NEED TO DIAGNOSE AGAIN WHICH WAS DONE IN THE FIRST APPOINTMENT? What is the point for the confirmed appointment then? Without even asking to reschedule prior the visit?!?! Everyone’s time is precious and not everyone is free to just visiting the store as they wish! Who would leave their phone with so many personal data and information there for days? And the staff cant even confirmed when can i get back the phone if i leave the phone. They just asked me to check the emails. The 2 days were just estimation and who knows it wouldn’t be delayed?? Now i have to wait for the appointment arrangement again. I pray hard this would be the final time to visit the store for the service. In conclusion, the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE

I had an amazing experience at this Machines branch. I initially came in just to check if they accepted trade-ins, but the staff explained everything so clearl, how much I could save and how much I needed to top up for a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. The service was so good that I ended up leaving the store with a new phone!
