Understand there are a lot of parcel to work with. But the way of this staff talk is with tone like ordering employee to stand here to wait!

Staff are very friendly and nice. They have good manner and will explain clearly to customer inquiries. Have clear info outside the shop so that customer won't drop off wrong courier service parcel.
