The staff who helped the self order process was very good, but the staff who served the wrong drinks was not nice. The food was tasty.

Cosy, clean and spacious, despite it is located at plaza mon't kiara shot lot building, plenty of seating at outdoor area also give it a plus point. Equipped with ordering kiosk machines, baby chairs, etc ... perhaps, staffs attitude can be improved further in today service oriental industry.

Parking charge RM2 - no receipt provided. Looks like scammer. The cashier is not knowledagble pf own products - took very long to look for it. Requested us to use kiosk but not working.

Midnight. Music too loud. So noisy. Make people very agitated and loud. Not enjoy eating in. Last time not much noise and quiet.

Dirty tray , McFlurry never full always half empty asked them to top up and they did so , should be never half full always the case here . Fries here are always stale and semi soft not fresh to order as other Macdonald’s in the world . They haven’t changed for months now .

Worse management, not provided parking for delivery rider. The motorcycle parking at beside building is far away and full of visitor or staff that working nearby area. Please provide more space and parking for delivery rider only.
