I ordered a drink, your wave machine is not working and i said i can pay cash, and your response is an annoying grunt. I left without ordering because your staff is SO RUDE. who does that? to show grunts of annoyance to a customer. I don't get it. If you don't like the job, then go somewhere else.

I reload my TNG card on 11 Apr at this outlet. I realised today that the reload value was not reflected in the card (when I checked the new balance at the TNG app). I have since discarded the transaction receipt so it is impossible for me to file any complaint. Please check your receipt properly.

Very rude cashier and worst customer service. Went there to buy bread and asked to pay by grabpay. After he scanned the QR code on my phone the system never deduct the money and I asked if he received the payment. He never reply, making noise and continue doing his stuff.
