Twice last minute cancellation request from the beautician due to her personal health issue which i can understand but there was no relieve system between staff in this chain beauty parlour. I were being forced to cancel the appointment and asked to proceed with next month appointment meaning I couldn't go for treatment for a month despite I have just signed up 20 sessions this year. This making me to change to another beauty parlor. I WOULDNT CONSIDER NEW YORK SKIN THEREAFTER!
