I wanted to give a shout out to Nana (Suhana). My girls and I first met Nana when she worked at the Pavillion store. When she moved to TRX, we started shopping at TRX too! She’s very proactive in letting us know when new designs come out. Since we always shop as a group, sometimes not all sizes are available. Nana will go the extra mile in checking other stores and make arrangements for us. I had one experience where she located an OT shoes that I wanted all the way to the GPO! Thanks Nana for always keeping us satisfied!
