Love the ambiance. It was peaceful and quiet. We took hot chocolate and aglio olio, both taste and portion were satisfying.

love it because of its buy 1 free 1! a must drink to buy whenever in mid valley. buy 1 free 1 is applicable for chocolate/mocha/latte/vanilla frappe but need to choose same flavour for both

Coffee & environment was decent. Only appalling side was the attitude of their male barista by the name of Dinesh or something similar. We ordered 3 cups of Americano. Right after moving back to our seats, I went back to request for napkins. He look bothered with a grumpy face when I approached him, probably had a bad day… He handed me 2 pcs, so I requested for additional one because we came in a party of 3. His response was: are you trying to clean a table? I explained: we ordered 3 cups. He reluctantly gave me the extra piece. I tried giving him benefit of doubt. Perhaps he was genuinely asking me a question but my gut says it’s sarcasm. Anyway, just sharing a personal experience as a customer. It’s just napkins, a smile could’ve changed the outcome. 😂
