Conveniently located and has some nice seating outside. Consistent quality and good tasting sandwiches. Friendliness of counter staff has dropped though.

Noticed that most of the time if order online, will end up receiving some less popular breads despite already specifying which bread I wanted. Ends up complaining to the delivery platform to get refund everytime a wrong bread was send to me.
