I was greeted by not-so-friendly face from one of the staff there. I love nail parlour especially in KLCC but maybe the service is not up to standard here. But the staff who did my pedi is so nice. Her name is Minah. Will repeat at this outlet. Nope. Will only visit KLCC outlet.

Rebecca did my pedicure and she was excellent. Very precise, gentle, and professional throughout. Even though it was close to closing time, she didn’t rush and ensured everything was done perfectly. Really appreciated her attention to detail — highly recommend her.
