I recently had a very disappointing experience at Pavillion KL branch. The staffs, two malay womens treated me poorly based on my appearance, which was incredibly disrespectful. Hello?! I do know what you guys talking about! Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.
