Muted service… we waited for more than 5 mins on an almost empty store . The staff just ignored us standing there. No smiles no greetings and then another staff walked back to the store holding 2 cups of what looked like bubba tea. I get better service in any other ice cream stores in Malaysia

The ice cream taste great but the staff has very low welcoming skills, for the price I’m paying I rather head over to Häagen-Dazs for the ice cream, staff needs to do better, be welcoming , smile la a bit.

Tried Venchi’s matcha and dark chocolate ice creams which was absolute bliss. Creamy textures, intense flavors and just the right sweetness.

Love this Venchi shop coz it’s spacious and has seats inside to enjoy the ice cream. The Chocoviar is always yummy and the seasonal flavours keep things fresh. Staff are professional and friendly. Great place to shop for gifts!
