Special thanks to Cathy and Aldrich for the outstanding service! Cathy was super friendly and detailed in her explanations. Aldrich did a fantastic job crafting our handstraps and was very thoughtful in using different patterns to distinguish them and avoid confusion. Both were helpful and polite. Will definitely visit again!

Very rude sales person (some lady). Entered the shop and said I want to take a look, and she is acting as if we are wasting her time. Looking at diamonds and she says, which one you want ya? Take now ya? What nonsense is this? Who buys or sells like that?

GOLD price get higher per gram. yet sell back them for 0.89gram only 340 while other outlets quote 434. Bad service and bad experience. They even don't know their own design, keep say I bought from another place even the box is their brand.
