Staff name Adawiyah is very rude. Doesn’t know how to handle customer with manners. You’re just a part timer but already act like you own the store already. Wdym when I want to pay with my card she said to me with a rude tone. Very not recommended for everyone to come here.

I didnt add other stuff and she was angry about it..cant do anything..people have many things to buy than a product..after i buy something without adding other stuff she didnt even thank me...better start changing in Guardian now..thanks for that customer service

The price tag at Watsons Level 1 in Times Square display one price, but upon payment, I was charged a higher amount. When I asked the staff for clarification, their explanation was illogical and unsatisfactory. Disappointed by their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to resolve the issue.
