ordered 3 drinks, 2 were fine but one of the drink was caramel macchiato but there were no espresso in it. only milk and caramel. staff were really careless and i only realised after i have already left the mall so i couldn't go back. really disappointing, have never went through this with other outlets. it wasn't even busy.
